These terms govern your use of Ai Zoon (the "Service"), operated by Maiy Mohammed Saeed ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a subscription you are contracting with Maiy Mohammed Saeed. By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Ai Zoon is an online directory of third-party AI tools with search, comparison, favorites and an AI-powered finder. A paid "Pro" subscription unlocks unlimited AI Finder searches, unlimited favorites, tool submissions and extended comparison.

Accounts

You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or impersonation.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits.
• No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the Service.

AI features

The AI Finder generates suggestions automatically. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice; verify information on each tool's official website. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use results. We may filter outputs, remove content and suspend accounts that misuse AI features. Rights holders may request removal of content by contacting us; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, its software, design, documentation and branding. Third-party tool names and logos belong to their owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro renews monthly until canceled; after cancellation access continues until the end of the paid period.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that directory information is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. On termination your account data may be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
